The fourth round of the Pro GRT Series took place at Tamarack Resort in beautiful Cascade, Idaho the last weekend in July. After a 36 hour drive the boys took a much needed lake day before getting the weekend started!

The course was fresh, with no lines burned in, so the riders were anxious to get practice underway and get a feel for the dry dusty conditions. Airborne factory rider Collin Hudson felt right at home in the dust, but teammate Tommy Zula was having a hard time getting up to speed. After the first day of seeding, Tommy slotted himself in the 14th position and Collin ended up ninth after a nice clean run.

The race action on Sunday was on fire and so was the mountain (literally). Collin was hungry for a podium finish, giving it his all and just barely missing the box with a solid sixth place finish. Tommy knew he had some time to make up out on the track. Sunday morning Tommy put on his game face and ripped a run nine seconds faster than his seeding time, ending the weekend in eighth place. Solid weekend for the team and the boys are buzzin’ to get to Whistler for the final round of Crankworx.
